Keksihirviö is a speculoos cookie with a melting center of speculoos paste, designed to warm both body and spirit. Its name, meaning “Cookie Monster” in Finnish, was given with humor and affection to Geert by a Finnish friend during a visit to Finland — a playful nod to Sesame Street that brings a smile with every bite.
This cookie celebrates the traditional spices of speculoos — cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, and pepper — delivering a warm and comforting flavor, perfect for the first chill of the season.
