Kastar is an intensely chocolaty cookie, crafted for lovers of rich chocolate. Made with 70% Belgian dark chocolate from Van Dender, it is not bitter but reveals deep, floral notes. Chocolate, the primary ingredient, makes each bite a rich, melting indulgence.
The name Kastar comes from the bar of the same name on Rue Lesbroussart, opened shortly before Chez Martha. In a gesture of support and camaraderie, one of the three owners suggested the name for the cookie. Today, customers can even enjoy their Kastar right at the bar, paired with a coffee or other drink, for a cozy and indulgent moment.
