The Cramicœur is a gourmet cookie made with roasted hazelnuts, milk chocolate, and a soft, melting center of organic hazelnut paste, free of palm oil. An irresistible recipe from the very first bite, it quickly became one of our signature creations.
The name was imagined by Joëlle, the owner of C.RAMIC Art Café, the first ceramic painting studio in Brussels, located on Rue Lesbroussart. For over twenty years, Joëlle and her team have welcomed adults and children alike for creative and original activities, birthday parties, or simply moments shared with friends.
The name Cramicœur evokes both the world of ceramics and the warm, generous spirit of the cookie: at the C.RAMIC Art Café, customers are affectionately called “cramicoeurs,” and this tradition naturally inspired the creation of the biscuit.
More than just a cookie, Cramicœur is a tribute to creativity, shared memories, and the joy of treating yourself: a crispy shell with a melting center. Perfect for indulging yourself, sharing, or gifting, it embodies the meeting of delight and togetherness.
