The name Tatajaja was given by artist Jacqueline Verlinden and her friends, who have affectionately called her that for a long time. Inspired by this nickname and open to the idea of creating a unique cookie, she agreed to lend her name to it.
Its recipe is inspired by a snickerdoodle subtly flavored with cardamom, adding an original and refined touch to this simple yet delicious cookie.
