Created during the very first winter of the shop, Le Prince d’Orange pays tribute to the warmth of winter flavors. Inspired by orangettes and the discovery of a homemade candied orange peel recipe, this cookie combines the richness of 70% dark chocolate from Van Dender, the intensity of candied orange, and the subtly nutty sweetness of brown teff flour, which is naturally gluten-free.

Its name, Le Prince d’Orange, is a nod both to the creator’s Dutch roots and to the Brussels neighborhood of the same name. A double reference full of meaning and flavor — just like this cookie itself: refined, bold, and deeply rooted in its origins. (This cookie is seasonal.)
